Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based talk therapy that assists in the identification and correction of limiting thoughts and harmful emotions. While originally developed as a treatment for depression, CBT has since proven effective at treating a range of mental illnesses including anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and compulsion.

EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective in the treatment of trauma as well as issues such as anxiety, stress, grief and phobias.
