Coffee and Chat
26 May 2026
Parenting can be deeply rewarding, but it also comes with moments of uncertainty as children grow and their needs evolve. At Counseling Perspective, we are excited to organise once again two Coffee & Chat gatherings facilitated by Ines Palomera, a supervised Marriage and Family Therapist, school counselor, and child and family development specialist.
Ines has recently spoken at parenting and education events, sharing insights with parents, educators, and school communities on child development and emotional wellbeing.
These relaxed, small-group sessions invite parents to join without their children in order to pause, connect with others, and gain practical insight into everyday parenting moments—from tantrum management and emotional regulation in toddlers to understanding the digital world, Gen Alpha, and communication with tweens.
Coffee and pastries will be included.

Family & Systemic Constellation Workshop
2 & 3 May | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Singapore, In-Person)
Join us for a deeply experiential Family & Systemic Constellation Workshop, a powerful modality that brings to light the hidden dynamics within our family systems, relationships, and life patterns.
Family Constellation work is based on the understanding that we are deeply connected to our family system—often carrying unconscious loyalties, unresolved emotions, and patterns that may not even originate from our own lived experiences. Through this process, what has been unseen can be gently revealed, acknowledged, and integrated—allowing movement, clarity, and healing to unfold.
This work honors the principle that everyone belongs—including those who may have been excluded, forgotten, or unknown within the system.
✨ What You May Experience
• Greater clarity on recurring patterns in relationships, career, or abundance
• A deeper sense of inner peace and emotional release
• Reconnection with your authentic self and inner strength
• Expanded capacity to receive—love, support, and opportunities
• A felt sense of belonging and alignment within your system

Mindful Quest 2026
Are you ready to explore and transform the stories that shape your life? 🌿
Join us for Mindful Quest, an immersive workshop rooted in Dr. Stanley Krippner’s Personal Mythology approach.
The stories we tell ourselves hold immense power. These personal narratives, or myths, help us make sense of our experiences and shape our identities, but they can also trap us in limiting beliefs. Originating from family, culture, and even our own experiences, these stories often operate unconsciously, guiding our decisions and paths in life.
- Date: Dates: 3-5 April , 2026
- Location: Japan

The Field – Family & Systemic Constellation Gathering (held Every Other Thursday)
A quiet, intimate space to slow down, listen, and allow what is unseen to gently come into awareness.
Each gathering invites you into The Field—a shared space where family, ancestry, and relational patterns can be felt, honored, and re-aligned. Held with care and presence, this is a small, intimate circle where you may participate as a client, a representative, or simply as a witness. No prior experience is needed—only an openness to meet what arises.
How the Gathering Works
One participant brings a real-life issue into the field, while others act as representatives. Together, we witness subtle movements that reveal interrupted connections, unspoken stories, and inherited burdens that are ready to be released.
Participants often leave with a sense of forward movement, deeper insight, and a gentle yet powerful energetic shift that continues to unfold beyond the circle.
Systemic Family Constellations draws upon family therapy, existential phenomenology, and ancestral wisdom from Zulu, Buddhist, Taoist, Confucian, and Shamanic traditions. It is often used to address recurring conflict, inherited emotional weight, and moments of hesitation in one’s personal or leadership journey.
Next Gathering: Thursday, 9 April 2026
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Location: Counseling Perspective – Joo Chiat Office (291 Joo Chiat Road, #05-02, Singapore 427543)
Energy Exchange: $25 per person
Come as you are.
Leave with a deeper sense of belonging, clarity, and inner movement.

Self Mastery
Did you know? Research from Harvard Business Review shows that while 95% of people think they’re self-aware, only 10–15% actually are. This gap often leads to blind spots, burnout and unintentional leadership.
Aki Tsukui (hyper-link to profile page) and Praveen Kaur (hyper link) are hosting a 1-day Self-Mastery Workshop on Sat, 8 Nov 2025 (Singapore). The workshop is designed for mid–senior leaders who want to pause, realign and lead with intention.
