Isheeta is a compassionate therapist dedicated to her clients, fostering an environment free of judgment. She firmly believes in the inherent empowerment found within each individual. Isheeta has her roots in Singapore culture and had the opportunity to grow-up as a third-culture person. This has empowered Isheeta to possess the unique ability to readily connect with local clients grappling with life's hurdles and at the same time have a profound understanding of the diverse challenges families, parents, individuals, teenagers, and couples encounter in a multi-cultural contemporary society. Isheeta offers a nurturing sanctuary where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves openly, authentically and with vulnerability.
Isheeta has provided assistance to clients dealing with depression and anxiety, relationship and family challenges, body and gender dysphoria, addiction, mood disorders, and stress management. She has effectively supported couples and individuals across the age groups of 16 to 55.
In addition to earning her Master’s in Counseling, Isheeta's extensive experience is enriched by her training in Integrated Family Systems, Transactional Analysis, and TEAM (Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting & Methods) CBT. Currently, she is undergoing training with NOVA (National Organization for Victim Assistance) and the Gottman Method, further enhancing her professional skills and expertise.
Embracing an inclusive approach tailored to multicultural audiences, Isheeta provides therapy services in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Hindi, with conversational Mandarin also available. She offers in-person sessions at Raffles, Oasis, and Joo Chiat locations, as well as online sessions for those seeking remote support.
