Supervised Counselor

Kelly is a compassionate and client-centered supervised counselor who incorporates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, Kelly creates a safe space for adults and adolescents to explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering positive change and resilience. She is particularly interested in addressing issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.

With eight years of experience as a secondary school teacher, Kelly has developed a profound insight into the academic and emotional pressures that students encounter. This unique perspective allows her to connect with and support her clients on a deeper level, especially in addressing academic stress, anxiety, and social-emotional issues.

Having lived in the United States, Colombia, and Singapore, Kelly brings a global perspective to her counseling practice. She is intentional in providing culturally competent care to all her clients and ultimately strives to equip clients with the tools necessary to lead happier, healthier lives.
