Vandana Khanna is a SAC Registered Master Clinical Member (MMSAC) and an experienced Clinical Supervisor, Counsellor, Expressive Art–Based Psychotherapist, and ACTA-certified Program Developer & Trainer with over 17 years of service in Singapore and internationally. Renowned for her trauma- informed and inclusive approach, Vandana supports individuals, couples, families, and professionals to heal, grow, and thrive.


Her work spans educational institutions, counselling centres, and community-based programs, where she combines creative arts modalities with evidence-based methods to address mental health challenges holistically and ethically. She is deeply committed to safeguarding principles, ensuring that all her interventions prioritise client safety, confidentiality, and ethical responsibility—especially in work involving children, adolescents, and vulnerable individuals.

BIOGRAPHY

From an early age, Vandana exhibited a natural inclination towards supporting others, which led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Home Science, and Psychology from MLS University in India. Eager to delve deeper into the complexities of human behavior and well-being, she later pursued a Master's degree in Social Science (Professional Counseling) from Swinburne University in Australia, where she honed her skills and developed a holistic approach to counseling.


Throughout her career, Vandana has held pivotal roles in various educational and community settings, leaving an indelible mark on those she has served. As a School Counselor, she has been a beacon of support for students navigating the tumultuous waters of adolescence, offering guidance on issues ranging from academic stress to personal identity. Vandana's proficiency in a wide array of counseling methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Expressive Arts Therapy, has enabled her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual she encounters.


In addition to her counseling work, Vandana has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills as a Clinical Supervisor, guiding and mentoring counseling teams to deliver compassionate and effective care.
