“I have worked with Chei Liang for over a year now. Through schema therapy, she was able to identify my problem areas from the outset, and work with me to build awareness, coping strategies, understanding and peace with deeply-set issues. Through working with Chei Liang, I have been better able to comprehend and improve on areas such as self-esteem, perfectionism and lack of confidence. I am glad to have found a therapist who’s helped me understand the root issues on a much deeper level, and by working from there - help me to improve on these areas in a much more fundamental and permanent manner." Chei Liang is a caring, nurturing, gentle and knowledgeable therapist. She has been very supportive and flexible in her work with me. I find the Limited Reparenting work particularly helpful, and she has also equipped me progressively with a range of other tools, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, journaling, etc. Through ups and downs, she has ensured to support me in whatever areas I most need at the juncture, and at the same time pace my journey holistically.
