Ines Palomera De Las Casas is a systemic and relational therapist who creates a collaborative, compassionate, and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families. She supports clients in navigating challenges, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change through an integrative, strengths-based approach. Her work places particular emphasis on family dynamics and intergenerational patterns, helping clients understand how relationships and histories shape present experiences.
Her therapeutic practice is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Alongside her clinical work, Ines also provides coaching and consulting for companies, with a particular interest in supporting family-owned businesses and helping them navigate the intersection of relational dynamics and professional roles.
Before entering clinical practice, Ines served as a school director in Japan, where she designed psycholinguistic curricula rooted in cognitive psychology for children and adolescents. She worked extensively with mixed families, LGBTQ+ individuals, and youth—experience that continues to inform her inclusive and affirming perspective. Having lived in Europe, the UK, Switzerland, Japan, and Singapore, she is especially attuned to working with couples and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting them as they navigate conflicts and complexities rooted in cultural differences.
Ines is currently completing her practicum as part of her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University (USA). She provides counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching in English, French, and Japanese.
