Reflect…. Release…. Restore ….. Rebuild
In the midst of fear and confusion you can find focus, build strength & determination, and engage hope again
We will host a Movie Night featuring the documentary 'Power of Chi.' This enlightening film brings together TaiChi master Adam Mizner with world-class athletes, including the World’s Strongest Man and professional UFC fighters, in order to practically demonstrate the use of ‘Chi skill.’ The film, with a running time of approx 75 mins, offers a fascinating insight into how the energy of Chi can be harnessed for physical strength and well-being. The Power of Chi Trailer.
Counseling Perspective as a practice recognises the value of a holistic approach approach to wellness and is pleased to offer this a chance to meet and talk with Paul Mc, a direct student of Sifu Adam Mizner, who teaches Taiji and Qigong in the Heaven Man Earth school created by Sifu Mizner.
In the pursuit of more Chi, there are many approaches you may take, and having more information about the options available helps you make informed decisions about your health. The time commitment required for a sincere study of taiji may not be convenient for everyone, which is why an understanding of the Foundations of Qigong is so valuable for those seeking to create the causes for health.
Qigong is a practice that can improve mobility, strength, and stability, help heal the nervous system and stimulate the Chi, leading to an increase in vitality and a decrease in physical discomfort. These movements are straightforward and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine, leading to long-term benefits for your health and well-being.

Although anger is a normal, healthy emotion, it is not always easy or straightforward to manage. Common anger issues include becoming angry very easily, overreacting, and feeling out of control when angry. Some people may also find it difficult to express their anger, feel the need to hide it, or experience anger as the result of unresolved hurt.
Everyone experiences moments of stress, but stress that goes on for weeks or months isn't normal. Chronic stress puts you at heightened risk for health problems such as high blood pressure and heart disease. Symptoms include fatigue, headaches, difficulty concentrating, digestion problems, muscle aches, and loss of sexual drive and/or function.
