With a career spanning over 20 years, Sanaa has dedicated her life to promoting human rights and social justice in Morocco and Belgium. Her experience in the political arena overseeing social projects, combined with her work with various NGOs, has given her a unique perspective on the challenges facing vulnerable communities, especially women and children. 


Since moving to Singapore in 2005, Sanaa has counselled adults and teenagers, and helped them overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, burnout, intimacy and marital challenges as well as mid-life crisis and career change. 


She offers counseling in French, English and Arabic.

Biography


As a Mediator and a Collaborative Family Practitioner, Sanaa helps divorcing couples navigate the process of divorce in a smooth way, with a close attention to their children's best interests. She is also trained in divorce coaching and supports clients in a practical manner from mental preparation to organisation of paperwork. 


She has successfully completed the Twenty-Four-Hour Basic National Community Crisis Response Team Training with NOVA (National Organisation for Victim Assistance), and International Mediation training with SIMI (Singapore International Mediation Institute) 

Sanaa uses a blend of therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Re-decision Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
