Radhika Haralalka

Radhika offers clients integrated therapies using rational emotive therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and others.

Radhika is a trained psychotherapist and counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology based in Singapore. She is also trained in Rational Emotional and Cognitive Behavior Therapy under the leading experts in the field (Albert Ellis Institute, New York). Having broad experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups, Radhika offers a safe and confidential space for you.

With a keen interest in people wellness and psychology, Radhika has studied the subject formally since her school days and has over 8 years’ experience of working in this field. In the past, she has worked as an Employee Assistance Program counsellor and corporate trainer in Singapore with multi-nationals such as Credit Suisse, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, and government bodies including Land Transport Authority among others. Radhika has also worked with women special private psychotherapy clinics, universities (St. Xavier’s College and St Anne’s Degree College for Women, India), hospitals (St Martha’s Hospital, India) as well as adolescent programs such as Global Potential (New York) and Double Discovery Centre at Columbia University (New York).

Being an expat herself, and having lived and worked in India, New York and Singapore, Radhika has a multi-cultural perspective and understanding of the challenges of an expat life. She is also bilingual in English and Hindi.

Radhika offers an integrative approach in her work, using tools from REBT, CBT, person centered, existential, solution focused and behavioral therapies, based on your needs. As a therapist, she believe in a client-centered approach, helping clients discover how to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Radhika works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, work related issues, marital conflicts, divorce and separation, parenting, life transitions and relationships.

Radhika is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society and an international affiliate member of the American Psychological Association. She also seeks regular supervision and training to deepen my skills.
