Menka practises on the principles of Functional Medicine as she realises that the prevalence of complex, chronic disease is escalating globally.  Chronic diseases are diet and lifestyle-related and, so, require dietary and lifestyle solutions. Menka analyses the unique genetic makeup of each individual and the influence of food, toxins, and other environmental factors on the individual’s gene expression. Menka is trained in integrating nutrition assessment at the molecular and cellular levels with emerging research in nutrition and nutritional genomics. These advanced practice skills are essential for preventing and managing today’s chronic disorders.

Menka has lived in UK, India and now Singapore and understands different lifestyle and food habit choices in these countries.

It’s Menka’s mission to educate and inform as many lives as she can touch and help them achieve a state of optimum health by making the right choices in their lifestyle and environment.
